Lakeside Bed & Breakfast offers 2 individually styled bedrooms, one queen and one twin, tastefully decorated with polished floorboards, beautiful bedlamps and cool white shutters.
The deliciously comfy beds have the best Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful linen and down pillows.
Tea and coffee are complimentary in the room, along with a small bar fridge, TV, dressing gown and hairdryer.
A separate lounge is available for your use, stocked with lovely books and a leather couch to relax on. We have a pool and lovely outdoor verandah area.

Lake Monger is 100 metres away with swans, ducks, turtles and a lovely walking path and benches to watch the world go by.
A very cute and quaint café is literally at the corner of our street: they do great morning and afternoon teas and light lunches.
15 minutes to Kings Park.
Subiaco is a 20 minute walk to trendy bars and shops, restaurants and movies.
15 min walk to Leederville with movies, cafes and restaurants.
The beautiful beaches of Cottesloe and Scarborough are not too far away (15 minutes by car), and there are several golf courses in the vicinity.
The Swan River winery region is 30 minutes by car.
